An expert : From the region of Armagnac where he was born in a family of local producers he has been around quite a bit, starting his career in Scotland when he met whiskies and Scotch spirits and then promoting Bordeaux and Provence wines in Paris. He is in charge of the biggest accounts for a well known Champagne company for 15 years, becomes an expert merchant and the President of the Wine Experts in Court for the tribunal of commerce in Paris. His many professional achievements grant him the title of Officer of the Agricultural Merit.
A man of accomplished passions : He is the owner of a Champagne brand well appreciated by consumers and critics and write books on Cognac and articles on the specialized wine press. He has created the first contest for organic wines, in collaboration of the famous gourmet magazine Gault et Millau and is very busy in the wine tasting world where he acts as one of the prominent jury and animator of radio shows on the matter.

François DUPIN has spent the last 40 years in the mechanical business ; he is charge of your safety and your comfort on board. He is :
A well trained mechanic : He was a Head Mechanic for Ford Competition. Nowadays a specialist of vintage cars, he is in charge of looking after our Land Rover Defenders. He will provided perfectly fitted cars for your best comfort on the road.
A passion for cars and engines : He has lived his passion through 5 years of motorcycle competition, 6 years of car rally pilot and made his passion a job being a driving school teacher for 20 years. Co-founder of the company in 2006 he is in charge of maintenance, logistics and technical coordination. A passion for the gastronomy of Provence : With a high level of education, Nicolas and Barbara worked around the world for several sustainable development projects in Brazil, Senegal, Morocco, Comoros Islands…. In 2001, they created their own company to share their passion for the good food of Provence. They are providing presentation and tastings, cooking workshops and especially lunch buffet of local specialities. Nicolas, agronomist and born in Grasse, has a great knowledge of the mediterranean rural culture. His wife, Barbara, graduate in nutrition, has a real passion for good food and the link between producers and the local specialities.
Polyglot professionals of Tourism : Nicolas created one of the first house of local products with more than 40 producers in High Provence. With Barbara, they managed during 12 years a shop of local specialities. Today, they are providing typical workshops in French, English, German and Portuguese for groups.
